Siegwerk acquires Van Son Liquids

German ink manufacturer Siegwerk has acquired Dutch Van Son Liquids. The Germans want to extend their range of water based inks. Van Son Liquids makes waterbased inks. The Hilversum location will remain a production location, but will be renamed Siegwerk Hilversum. The acquisition will not have big consequences for Van Son´s clients. The well-known brand AquaBase+ will continue to exist. Also the offset inks will continue to have the existing brandname and will continue to be produced and distributed by Royal Van Son.
